Colin Malcolm is a creative project manager who is passionate about helping designers and developers ship out the very best customer experience.

He leads projects from initial briefing to launch day and beyond – with direct responsibility for day-to-day management of process and workflow.
He’s overseen engineering, and digital experiences and has led error reduction efforts across mobile and web applications. Currently leading the production error reduction efforts lowering the error rates from 0.27% to 0.05% in 2023 at Verizon.

Before that, Colin worked in community management and digital marketing for brands like Google and organizations like the Atlantic Health System in the New York metropolitan area.
